Returned Products & Refund Policy: After a transaction is complete on Seattle, if buyer had a change minds or within an effective period of time Buyer can apply Refund Service from Seller only when Buyer met all obligation criteria.

In a situation where Buyer and Seller did not come to an agreement, Buyer can propose trade dispute procedure which Seattle will perform its own investigation.

When Credit Card Issuer investigating Refund Service disputation, Seattle will cooperate such request with incumbency. Both Buyer and Seller must agree the reasonable terms of request that required by Seattle and Credit Card Issuer which include providing all trading evidence between the two.

When determines that a transaction should be refunded(Chargeback),Seattle will refund credit Buyer’s SeattlePay account. Seattle holds the right to directly deducting the equal amount of the chargeback from Seller.

Seller have to credit their SeattlePay account within 10 working days when there’s insufficient funds remaining or the account is under incur debts. Once delayed, a debts collection agency represents Seattle will recover the debt. However, any expenses incurred during the process will be borne by the Seller

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘CGA’)and Fair Trading Act 1986, you have guaranteed legal rights for goods [and services] you buy

Trade policy

All goods and informations displayed on Seattle are provided by Seller and Buyer, its authenticity, accuracy and legality must be genuine as they are both Buyer and Seller's responsibility.

Seattle provides trading platform for all qualified individuals, not participation and will remain neutral

  • Upon every successful transaction, the Buyer must take the initiative to keep in touch with the Seller.
  • When using the service Seller must clearly outline all details of the goods to Buyer (including: Price, Shipping options and costs....etc), quality assurance is Seller's responsibility.
  • Buyer does not bear any hidden costs and additional charges once the deal is made.
  • After receiving the payment, Seller must send out the goods as soon as possible within reasonable time limit.
  • If the goods found damaged during transition the seller takes the full responsibility, the payment for the goods returned to Buyer. However, Seller can settle such charge with the shipping courier if the goods found damaged during delivery.

Purchase of Deals

Once a Deal is confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be given except where required by law.


Change of Mind

After payment, Buyer had a change of mind (contact Seller before the goods are sent; if the goods are sent, Buyer will have to wait for the arrival of the goods and send them back to Seller, goods must be intact and hasn’t been opened or used. Buyer bears shipping fees)

  • Seller did not sent goods on time.
  • Buyer waited 10 working days period and still not receiving the goods.
  • Keeping goods intact, unopened that including manual and all attachments.
  • Goods must not be damaged, unopened, unused, in the same condition when Buyer received them.

Product Quality Failed

Accept product return and provide evidence, refund or repair, including:

  • Product is defective or has unacceptable failed.
  • The product is not in the working condition than it supposed to be.
  • Goods didn’t match the online description.
  • Providing invoices or other valid and effective evidence.
